Ways to Reset Your Breathing to Reset You

Here are two wonderful ways to reset your breathing — naturally — so you can reconnect to the way you’re designed to breath.

Using these breathing resets will serve to strengthen your respiratory diaphragm which will strengthen all of you. And these resets are also powerful ways to mitigate stress. Wins all around.

The first breathing reset is Carl Stough’s Whispered Count which is demoed by my friend, Tim Anderson (Original Strength).

The second breathing reset is courtesy the amazing Jean McClelland (renowned voice and Alexander Technique teacher). Jean studied with Carl Stough (aka Dr. Breath) who developed Breathing Coordination.
