Begin with knowing that you are strong.
If you weren’t you wouldn’t have made it this far.
Are you as strong as you were twenty-some plus years ago? Maybe not. Could you be stronger. Probably yes. Are you as strong as the influencers who pop up in your feed on the Gram or TikTok — the socials? Who cares? Comparison is a loser’s game. Because your strength is who you are. And you are unique. Your strength is a unique expression of you.
Your birthright is strength— it is woven into your design — your DNA. How strong you are is simply a matter of how much of your strength has a chance to be revealed. It’s a matter of how well you’re connected to your strength.
And the first step to strength is knowing that you’re already strong — stronger than you think you are.

Show up to connect with your strength. Do it often. Build on it.
Your strength lies in how you’re designed to move.
The roots of your strength lie within your muscles, nerves, bones, fascia, and organs. Every fiber and cell of your being is wired for strength, resilience, and movement. Connect with your design and you connect with your strength.
The primary building blocks of your movement design are: breathing, head control, rolling, rocking, and crawling.
When you were new to this world — itty bitty— these five movement patterns helped you learn how to act on the world rather than just react to the world. That’s strength.
These same basic building blocks are what connects you to you— to your strength — always.
That makes them incredibly powerful.
Returning to these basics and practicing them regularly makes it possible for you to not only connect with your strength but to also grow your strength —at any age.
Because these basics prime you to be able to engage in even more amazing movement patterns. Movement patterns like: squatting, hip hinging, pulling, pushing, walking, sprinting, throwing, jumping, and more.
These patterns allow you to deepen your relationship with your strength.
These movements allow you to interact with and act on the world in even more dynamic ways.
These movements allow you to more fully show up for life.

Live your strength.
Your strength is continually inviting you to connect with it so you can live your strength.
The more you accept that invitation of connection the better you’re able to meet life as it unfolds. The more you’re able to act and choose how you’ll interact with life. The more options you have to live your strength.
Live your strength by playing with your kids or grandkids.
Live your strength by planting a garden.
Live your strength by helping a neighbor move a couch or change a tire.
Live your strength by water skiing or surfing.
Live your strength by skateboarding.
Live your strength by skiing or snowboarding.
Live your strength by playing golf or softball or pickleball or basketball or volleyball or soccer.
Live your strength by swimming or biking or running.
Live your strength by pressing a kettlebell or swinging a mace/gada or lifting a barbell or doing yoga.
Live your strength by being able to stand at a kitchen counter to prepare a meal without your back hurting.
Live your strength by being able to get off the commode or out of a chair easily.
Live your strength by being able to walk without your knees hurting.
Live your strength by hiking.
Live your strength by dancing.
Your strength lies in your design. Live your design.
The steps to strength are simple:
Know you are strong.
Connect with your strength.
Live your strength.
Repeat.
Strength is who you are. You were not meant to be weak or fragile. Please know this.
And follow the three steps to strength.
