Going vegan will not save you.

Huberman protocols will not save you.

The latest washboard abs in 30 days program will not save you.


Drinking coffee with collagen and MCT oil will not save you.

Eight hours of sleep each night will not save you.

A keto diet will not save you.

Yoga will not save you.

Your daily meditation practice will not save you.

The latest “ancient” breathing practice will not save you.

Pilates will not save you.

Mouth taping at night will not save you.

Saying no to donuts will not save you.


Stoicism will not save you.

Hedonism will not save you.

Optimizing more will not save you.

Training with kettlebells and barbells will not save you.

Alkaline water will not save you.

Intermittent fasting will not save you.

Lying on the couch all day will not save you.

Streaming binges will not save you.

Social media will definitely not save you.



Psychedelics will not save you.

Jesus will not save you — can’t save you from yourself— if you choose to act like an asshole.




Running marathons will not save you.

Eating meat will not save you.

The latest supplement sold by your favorite influencer will not save you.

Your treadmill desk will not save you.

Your fitness tracking device will not save you.

Astrology will not save you.

Protein shakes will not save you.

Intermittent fasting will not save you.

Ice baths and saunas will not save you.


There is no getting out of here alive.

That is the one certainty of life.


So perhaps...

it might be best to just embrace the uncertainty of it all.

To simply open up more and more to the awe and wonder of not knowing.

To realize this moment — this life— is truly a gift.

Embrace the gift by being here now.
