A Simple Wellness Journey
Wellness is really pretty simple. Eat your vegetables + hydrate + breathe + move your body. And oh yea, smile. That helps too. But sometimes life can happen and we can feel beat up + broke down. We experience pain. We start to feel old before our time. I've been there and I know it sucks. But I also know positive + powerful shift is possible. At any age. I've witnessed it in my clients + in myself. And the process to begin experiencing that shift is simple. In fact, you already hold many of the keys. My job is to simply serve you by helping you breathe better + move better to feel better + live better. And I've worked hard over the years to develop a toolbox full of wellness tools to meet you where you're at. These tools come from many different massage therapy + bodywork modalities, somatic disciplines, Original Strength, and a variety of breathing practices.
